By using political365 you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
political365 is operated by ROKO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, Plot No. 61, 1st Floor, Beside Hitex Convention, Kondapur, Serilingampally, Rangareddy - 500084, Telangana, India. Contact: rokosolutions26@gmail.com.
1. YOUR ACCOUNT
You must be at least 13 years old, and under 18 only with a parent or guardian's consent. You sign in with your phone number or your Google account. You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. Tell us immediately if you think someone else is using your account.
One person, one account. Do not create accounts to evade a suspension or ban.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
2. WHAT YOU CAN AND CANNOT POST
You keep ownership of what you create. By posting on political365 you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content within the app, so we can show it to other users. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared by others.
Do not post content that:
infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
is sexually explicit, or sexualises anyone under 18 in any way;
incites violence, hatred or discrimination against any group;
harasses, threatens, defames or impersonates another person;
promotes illegal activity, drugs, weapons or fraud;
contains malware, spam or misleading links;
misrepresents you as holding an official position you do not hold.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse material and on content that sexualises minors. Such content is removed immediately, the account is banned permanently, and we report it to the authorities.
3. POLITICAL AND ELECTION CONTENT
political365 can be used to create political and community posters. If you do so, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable election laws, including any requirement to disclose who published or authorised the material. We are not the publisher of the content you create.
4. TEMPLATES AND OTHER USERS' MATERIAL
Templates, designs and prompts provided in the app are licensed to you for creating and sharing your own content. You may not resell them, redistribute them as your own template library, or extract them in bulk.
Do not download and reuse other users' photos or content without their consent.
5. YOUR PHOTOS IN WHAT YOU CREATE
When you add your photo to a poster or status, that image is uploaded to our servers so the background can be removed and the design produced. The result is stored so you can reuse it. What you then publish is visible to other users; what you only download stays yours.
6. MODERATION AND REPORTING
You can report content from within the app, and you can block other users. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts. Repeated violations lead to strikes and eventually to a ban. We do not promise to review every report, or to review them within any particular time.
7. ADS
political365 is free and supported by advertising. You agree that ads may be shown, including full-screen ads, and that some features may require watching a rewarded video. Do not attempt to click your own ads, use automation, or otherwise manipulate ad delivery - this is fraud, and will result in a permanent ban.
8. NO PAYMENTS
political365 does not sell anything. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no coins, and no cash rewards. We never ask you for payment details.
Verification badges and any premium status are granted by us at our discretion, free of charge. They cannot be bought, and nobody is authorised to sell them to you. Treat any offer to sell you a badge as a scam and report it.
9. SERVICE AND CONTACT REQUESTS
Where you request design or development services through the app, the scope, price and timeline are agreed separately, directly with us. Those arrangements are between you and us and are not covered by these terms beyond the initial request.
10. AVAILABILITY
We provide political365 "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that content will never be lost. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.
11. OUR LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from content posted by other users. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to INR 1,000.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO US
You agree to cover our reasonable losses if they arise from your breach of these terms or from content you posted.
13. ENDING YOUR USE
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we stop operating the service.
14. CHANGES
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use political365 after that means you accept the new terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection rights you have to bring a claim where you live.
