Privacy Policy

This policy explains what political365 collects, why, and what you can do about it.
political365 is operated by ROKO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, Plot No. 61, 1st Floor, Beside Hitex Convention, Kondapur, Serilingampally, Rangareddy - 500084, Telangana, India. For anything in this policy, write to rokosolutions26@gmail.com.
1. WHO THIS APPLIES TO
Anyone who uses political365. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use political365 only with the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT
2.1 Information you give us
Account details - your username, display name, and the phone number or Google account you sign in with. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we receive the verified phone number or email address, never your Google password.
Profile details - profile photo, cover photos, bio, designation, public contact number, WhatsApp number, public contact email, and your list of services. All of these are optional, and all of them appear on your public profile, where any other user can see them. Do not enter anything there you would not want published.
Your city - typed by you in your profile. It is not shown to other users. We use it only to send announcements and designs relevant to your region.
Photos and videos - images and videos you choose from your device to place in posters, stories, posts or support requests. We open your gallery or camera only when you tap to add media, never in the background. To remove the background from a photo, that image is uploaded to our server, processed, and the result stored for you to reuse.
Content you create - posters, posts, stories, comments, and any report, service request or contact message you send us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Usage data - screens opened, content created, downloaded and shared, and rewarded ads watched. We use this to understand which features matter and to fix what is broken.
Device data - device model, operating system version, app version, language, and a device push token if you allow notifications.
Crash data - stack traces and device state at the moment the app crashes, through Firebase Crashlytics.
Advertising identifier - used by Google AdMob to show ads. On iOS we ask your permission first through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant.
2.3 Location
political365 does not collect your location. The app requests no location permission, reads no GPS, and does nothing with location while it is closed or in the background.
The only location information we hold is the city you type into your profile yourself, described in section 2.1. You can change or clear it at any time.
2.4 What we do not collect
We do not collect payment details of any kind - no card numbers, no bank accounts, no UPI IDs. political365 has no payments, no in-app purchases and no cash rewards.
We do not have private messaging, so we hold no chat messages.
3. WHY WE USE IT
To create and secure your account, and to sign you in.
To show your profile and your content to other users, as you have chosen.
To place your name, photo and details on the posters you create.
To send notifications you have agreed to receive.
To show ads, which is how the app stays free.
To detect abuse, spam and fraud, and to enforce our Terms.
To fix crashes and improve the app.
To meet legal obligations.
Our legal basis is your consent for optional things such as notifications and personalised ads, and the necessity of providing the service you asked for in everything else.
4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
Google Firebase - sign-in, analytics and crash reporting.
Google AdMob - advertising.
Expo - push notification delivery.
Cloudflare R2 - storage of uploaded and generated media.
Our hosting provider - where the app's servers run.
Law enforcement or regulators - only where we are legally required to.
Other users see whatever you make public: your profile, your public contact details, your posts, your comments and the content you publish. They do not see your city.
Some of these providers process data outside India. We use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
5. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep your account data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your profile, posts, comments and uploaded media within 30 days, except where we must keep records longer for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution reasons.
Usage and crash data is kept in aggregated form and is not linked to you after your account is deleted.
6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Access and correct - edit your profile in the app at any time.
Delete your account - Settings, then Delete account. This is permanent.
Withdraw consent - turn notifications off in your device settings, and reset your advertising identifier in Android or iOS settings.
Ad personalisation - open Settings, then Ad privacy options, to change your ad consent choices. You can also opt out of personalised ads in your Google account settings.
Complain - write to us first at rokosolutions26@gmail.com. If you are in India and remain unsatisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
We aim to respond to any request within 30 days.
7. SECURITY
Traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS. Where an account has a password, it is stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form. Access to our systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the relevant authority of any breach affecting your personal data as required by law.

9. CHANGES
We may update this policy. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
